I charge $60.00 per hour, to Log into your PC and help with any problem you have that is software related. That is about 1/2 price to unplug your PC, drive to your nearest computer store, drop off the PC, wait for a few days, go back and pick it up, and pay their fee's. Typically, they charge around $75.00 per hour.

I live in Arizona - so my time frame is ALWAYS Mountain Time. We never change our clocks for Daylight Savings, please remember this when scheduling a support call.
